Instructions

  1. Boil the broccoli florets in water for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Chop the broccoli and keep aside in a bowl.
  3. Now add all the spices and mix with chopped broccoli.
  4. Take the bread slices and smear mayonnaise on one side of every bread.
  5. Spread the broccoli mixture on the bread and put the cheese slice on broccoli mixture.

  • One cup whole wheat flour
  • Chopped onions 
  • One whole broccoli
  • Water as required for kneading the dough
  • 2 tablespoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoon of red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon of mango powder
  • 1 tablespoon of oil

Instructions

  1. Take the whole wheat flour in a bowl and add 5-6 drops of water and start kneading it. Simultaneously keep adding the water and kneading the flour, until soft dough is prepared.
  2. Now keep the dough aside.
  3. Boil the broccoli and chop it into tiny pieces and grind it a little in a food processor for about 4-5 seconds.
  4. Now add chopped onions, spices and broccoli together and mix it properly.
  5. Take a small ball of dough and flatten it and dust with whole wheat flour.
  6. With the help of a rolling pin, roll it into about 4- 5 inches diameter rounds.
  7. On the portioned flattened dough ball, place the broccoli stuffing in the center and keep about an inch empty space from the sides.
  8. Seal the edges with your fingertips, so that the mixture is completely covered by the dough itself.
  9. Sprinkle some flour and roll with the help of a rolling pin into a size of chapati.
  10. Heat the tawa, add one tablespoon of ghee and place the paratha.
  11. When the base is slightly cooked, toss the paratha.
  12. Apply some ghee on the other side and toss again.
  13. Keep cooking until it turns slightly brown and is crispy enough.
  14. Do the same with the leftover dough and mixture.
  15. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.

  • 3-4  tablespoon butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoon of whole wheat flour
  • 1½ cups of milk
  • salt
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 broccoli chopped
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1.5 cups of vegetable stock
  • Black pepper
  • Chopped coriander

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a saucepan and add broccoli and let it blanch for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Once the broccoli is blanched enough, drain the water and keep it aside.
  3. Now melt butter in a pan and add chopped onions and garlic and sauté them.
